All commissioned artwork remains the Artist’s property. The Artist keeps full copyright and authorship of all work unless otherwise agreed in writing.Artist Rights-Personal-use commissions: The Artist may use the artwork for promotion, portfolios, social media, printing, and merchandise/products.
-Commercial-use commissions: The Artist retains the right to use the artwork for promotion, portfolios, social media, and creating merchandise/products. The client’s commercial usage will be discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins, depending on the level of commercial licensing.
-Work-in-progress (WIP) sharing is discussed and agreed on before the commission starts.Client Rights-Personal use: The artwork is for personal display and social media sharing only. Commercial use is not allowed.
-Commercial use: The client may use the artwork according to the agreed commercial license. Proper credit to the Artist is required, and copyright and authorship always remain with the Artist.Prohibited Uses-Clients may not use artwork for AI training, mint as NFTs, claim authorship, or transfer/resell without permission.REFUNDS.☘︎ ݁˖
